Alesia is dedicated to getting the best for her clients each and every escrow. She believes in letting the clients run the show, offering pieces of advice along the way but never pushing her opinions or making decisions for them. Being patient, solving problems, and keeping agents, buyers, and sellers calm and happy are all in Alesia’s professional wheelhouse. In her career, she’s become adept at listening closely to clients to determine their wants and needs. She wants clients to be thoroughly educated on the home buying process as it is one of the most important decisions that is made. Giving the clients an education along the way is a personal goal for her.
As well as being a licensed real estate agent who knows the escrow process inside and out, Alesia started her real estate career in the lending industry and has worked with all types of loans, including down payment assistance, first-time homebuyers programs, CalVet, FHA, and VA. Having this experience gives her an edge that can be very helpful during the negotiating and offer writing process.
A native of Maryland, Alesia moved to California at a young age and has lived in Sacramento, and Placer counties and moved to El Dorado county in 2003. Moving around has given her the in-depth local expertise of someone who knows the area like the back of her hand.. Described by clients and colleagues as honest, hard working, and funny, when Alesia’s not monitoring and following up on all the necessary details of her escrows, she cultivates her love for photography and spends time with her beloved dogs. 🙂
